Torre, located in Alcácer do Sal, is a low-density private condominium in the heart of a 365-hectare pine forest - next to rice paddies and overlooking the sea and the Serra da Arrábida - and which includes an environmental compensation zone of around 260 hectares, which aims to preserve the ecological balance of the region and reinforce the commitment to environmental sustainability.

Residential Area

The Torre residential area will have a capacity for 245 units, although this number will be reduced to 234 villas, ensuring lower population density and greater exclusivity. The plots for the villas will have areas ranging from 1,200m² to 8,000m², providing large spaces integrated into nature.

Hotel and Tourism Zone

The project will include two luxury hotels. The first will comprise 30 rooms, 32 holiday flats and 171 Branded Residences, offering a combination of traditional and luxury accommodation. The second, larger hotel will have between 100 and 120 rooms, providing a high level of service for residents and visitors.

Construction features

The buildings at Torre will stand out for their intensive use of timber construction technologies, such as CLT (cross-laminated timber), Glulam and Wood-frame, guaranteeing sustainable and resistant structures. All the buildings will be classified as NZEB (Net Zero Energy Buildings), with A+ energy certification and a positive carbon footprint, i.e. capable of capturing and sequestering CO2, in line with the EU's 2050 objectives. In addition, recyclable, durable and organic materials such as stone, solid wood and cork will be used, reinforcing the commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.

Shopping and services area

Torre will have a School Hub with Brave Generation Academy, offering 30 per cent off school fees to families in financial need. There will also be an area dedicated to exhibiting works of art by renowned artists, as well as a diverse shopping area with food shops, fashion, an organic market, bookshop, wine shop, bakery and cultural areas, open to the public.

Sports

The development will feature a Par 72 golf course designed by Sergio Garcia. Various sports facilities are also under development, including a tennis academy, paddle tennis, pickleball, a gym and a swimming pool, covering a total of 28 sports. These facilities will be open to the public, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle for residents and visitors.

Infrastructures

Torre has been designed to offer a sustainable and functional environment, with cycle paths running throughout the development and two autonomous entrances for easy access. The lighting system will be intelligent and efficient, and the WWTP with tertiary treatment will allow treated water to be reused for watering gardens and golf courses, reinforcing responsible resource management.
